Brief & requirement review

You share the product to be packed, target market, volumes and any existing spec or sample. We confirm feasibility and flag regulation that applies.

Material selection

Our R&D team proposes material and gauge options with cost, performance and end-of-life trade-offs stated plainly.

03

Structural design & artwork

We produce the die-line and lay your artwork onto it, returning a 3D visual and a print-ready proof for sign-off.

04

Tooling & sampling

Dies, cylinders or moulds are cut and a physical sample is made on the production line that will run the order.

5–10 days
05

Testing & certification

Drop, tear, seal-strength and load tests, plus compostability, recycled-content or food-contact documentation where required.

3–7 days
06

Mass production & QC

Scheduled across our regional plants with in-process sampling every shift and a pre-shipment AQL inspection report.

15–25 days
07

Delivery & repeat runs

Palletised dispatch with export documentation, buffer stock held for repeat orders and 24-hour release from warehouse.

Vector artwork

AI, EPS or PDF with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi minimum.

Colour specification

CMYK or Pantone references; we match to a printed draw-down before the run.

Bleed & safe area

3 mm bleed and 5 mm clear of seams, seals and perforations.

Product dimensions

Length, width, depth and weight of the item to be packed, or a sample shipped to us.
