How BeshPack handles your information.

This notice explains how New Pacific Group, doing business as BeshPack (“BeshPack,” “we,” or “us”), handles information when you visit beshpack.com or contact us about packaging products and services.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone number, shipping region, product requirements, timing, message, and any reference files you attach.
We also process limited technical and acquisition information to operate, secure, and improve the site. This can include browser and device information, an obscured or hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention, the page that led to an enquiry, the external referring domain, approved campaign tags, and your analytics choice. We do not put enquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, filenames, or private enquiry references into website analytics.
How we use information
- to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange samples, and manage a potential or current commercial relationship;
- to protect the site and forms from fraud, spam, and misuse;
- to understand which public pages and acquisition sources create useful business interest;
- to improve site performance, content, products, and customer experience; and
- to comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Services that support the site
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and supports traffic measurement, consent controls, bot protection, enquiry storage, and private file storage. Zoho Mail delivers enquiry notifications and correspondence. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes pseudonymous site-interaction and acquisition data for our measurement purposes. These providers process information under their own service terms and our configuration of their services.
Analytics and your choices
Cloudflare provides a limited, privacy-oriented traffic and performance baseline. Google Analytics is intended to run only through our consent controls. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not use Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, or enhanced conversions.
You can revisit your selection at any time with . Browser controls may also let you delete or block stored data. Blocking optional analytics does not prevent you from using the enquiry form.
Sharing and selling
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the site, communicate with you, protect the business, and support requested services. We may also disclose information when legally required or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
Reference files uploaded with an enquiry are private and scheduled for deletion after 30 days. We keep enquiry records and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including commercial follow-up and applicable legal, accounting, dispute, and security needs. We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to appeal a decision about a privacy request. To make a request, email contact@beshpack.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
Children
This business-to-business site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
